Delivery / returns explained
Next working day delivery in normal 9.00am - 5.00pm business hours applies to orders placed before 1.00pm on the actual day. Always allow 1-2 working days for your delivery and ensure that someone is able to sign for the delivery.
We will not be liable for 3rd party delivery service that has suffered a disruption to its normal service.
We suggest that you instruct your fitters to start work the day after the tiles are due to arrive.
All our larger orders are despatched on pallets (over 80 tiles)
The smaller boxed quantities will arrive via a courier (up to 80 tiles)
Should special arrangements need to be made, please make us aware, either by phone or on your order.
Special arrangements are:
Saturday Deliveries £38.00 per pallet
Timed Deliveries £15.00 per pallet
A.M. Timed Deliveries. £8.50 per pallet
These special delivery arrangements are all chargeable and will be charged separately.
Returns
Should you not be delighted with your order for whatever reason, you can return your carpet tiles to us in the original state that they were sold to you and we will either refund you or you can exchange them for an alternative choice of carpet tile. A 10% handling fee will be charged on all returned carpet tiles.
We require your original receipt as proof of purchase.
We are unable to refund any carriage charges, whatever the circumstances.
Collections
You are welcome to collect your carpet tiles from our wholesale and distribution outlet. Our opening times are Mon- Thurs 10.00-3.00pm, Friday appointment only Sat 10-00-3.00pm. We are able to help you load your vehicle inside these hours. Alternatively, should you wish to send in your own freight company to collect your order, we will ensure that it is ready and labelled for collection during our opening hours.
